Bhubaneswar: The State Government has affected a major reshuffle in Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) cadres with the transfer of as many as 94 officials working in different capacities. As per a notification issued by the Revenue & Disaster Management Department on Monday, as many as 66 officers have been transferred by the order of the Governor.
