Sambalpur: Mr. Lila Nand Mishra, Director (Personnel), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), has been elected new Regional Vice-President(East) of Indian Society of Training and Development(ISTD) .
Mr Mishra, who has over 34 years of experience in the field of Human Resources management and Industrial Relations, is the sitting chairman of the NIPM (Mahanadi Chapter). His services have been widely acknowledged for promoting best HR practices in the industry.
Mr. Mishra has been elected unopposed as Regional Vice President(East) of Indian Society of Training and Development ISTD.
