The 2nd Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (#BIMSTEC) Foreign Ministers’ Retreat has begun in New Delhi. External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar welcomed his counterparts to the event in the national capital. Dr Jaishankar emphasized the necessity for the forum to collaborate more effectively amidst global and regional developments, seeking enhanced solutions through mutual cooperation.
