Bhubaneswar: In cognition of the dedication shown by doctors and to further motivate them, Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik announced incentives for doctors under Odisha Medical Health Services cadre.
Doctors with super specialisation from MCI-recognized institutes will get ₹30,000/month while those with Post Graduation from a MCI-recognized institute will get ₹20,000/month.
Doctors with a Post Graduate Diploma from a State Government-recognized institute will get ₹10,000/month.
Incentives will be offered over and above previous ones like the place-based incentives and are purely based on qualifications.
