Bhubaneswar: RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das will speak at 10 am. He may announce relief package amid lockdown due to COVID-19. In his last address, following the RBI’s MPC meeting at the end of March, he had announced a slew of measures to counter distress due to the coronavirus.
