New Delhi: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh has ordered a complete lockdown in the state till March 31st. Essential and Emergency services will run smoothly. At present there are 13 positive #COVID2019 cases in Punjab. Rajasthan had ordered a similar lockdown yesterday.
