Bhubaneswar : Ahead of panchayat poll, Odisha Special Relief Commissioner releases campaigning guidelines for the upcoming panchayat elections, amidst Corona scare, here on Wednesday.
As per the notification, Door-to-door campaigning will be organized only with 5 persons including candidate -Priority to campaigning on social media, electronic media and No road shows, ‘padyatras’, cycle/bike rally will be allowed , as well as no victory procession after counting to be organized.
