Bhubaneswar: Odisha State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (OMFED) hikes packaged milk rate by Rs 4 per litre. Consumers will now have to pay Rs 38/litre of toned milk and pay Rs 44/litre of premium or gold premium milk from tomorrow.
