Bhubaneswar: Odisha Hotelier Sri J K Mohanty, CMD, Swosti Group elected as Hony. Secretary of the Hotel Association of India
At the 23rd Annual General Body Meeting of the Hotel Association of India held on 20th January 2020 at the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, the newly elected Management Committee consists of Mr. Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director & C.E.O, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Group), took over as President from Mr. Vikram Oberoi, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, EIH Limited (Oberoi Group). Mr. K.B Kachru, Principal Advisor, Radisson Group of Hotels, took over as Vice President, from Mr. Puneet Chhatwal, Mr. Patu Keswani, CMD, Lemon Tree Hotels, took over as Hony. Treasurer from Mr. Rupak Gupta, Jt. Managing Director, U P Hotels Limited and Mr. J K Mohanty, CMD, Swosti Group (Hotels-Resorts-Travels-Education) took over as Hony. Secretary of the Association from Mr. Suresh M. Talera, Chairman, Talera Hospitality.
The association is backed by eight Executive Committee Members from different hotels groups in India. The new Management Committee will direct the Association throughout its term of office till 2021.
