#Odisha Govt decided to procure 1 lakh rapid antibody-based testing kits; aiming to set up COVID19 hospitals with a total capacity of 6,000 beds

Bhubaneswar: Odisha has decided to procure 1 lakh rapid antibody-based testing kits from India and outside under emergency procurement plan says Odisha Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy. Odisha has highest number of #COVID19 hospitals in comparison to other states & we have sufficient testing kit and PPE said Chief Secretary.

Odisha is aiming to set up COVID19 hospitals with a total capacity of 6,000 beds; testing kits are being procured, we have enough stock of PPE for a month & we are procuring them from India and outside says Odisha Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy.

Wearing mask in public places is mandatory in Odisha & it has been decided that Rs 200 penalty will be imposed for first 3 instances of violation, and thereafter, a violator will be penalised Rs 500 says Asit Tripathy.
