Bhubaneswar: Governor Professor Ganeshi Lal paid glowing tributes to the martyred soldiers in Kargil War as the nation celebrates Kargil Vijay Diwas in memory of India’s victory over Pakistan on July 26 in 1999. Governor said Operation Vijay goes down in the history of the country as one of the emphatic victory for Indian Armed Forces displaying the indomitable spirit and strength of Indian soldiers fighting in difficult terrains of Kargil. He further said the celebration fills hearts of every Indian with pride for Indian Armed Forces.
