Bhubaneswar : In a major development, as many as 11 percent dearness allowance (DA) hike for government employees has been announced by Odisha government today and will come into effect from July 2021 benefiting over 4 lakh employees and 3.5 lakh pensioners
Besides, the rise in DA amount will be transferred in the accounts of the employees October salary and the arrears from July 1,2021 will be credited to the accounts of Government employees and pensioners this month.
Notably ,now the DA has been increased from 17 percent to 28 percent.
