Bhubaneswar: Odisha Govt approves Rs 1,000 crore revamp plan for SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack. This was announced by the CM Naveen Patnaik. Number of beds at SCB to be increased to 3,000. It will be upgraded as AIIMS Plus institution.
