Bhubaneswar: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik appoints former minister Sanjay Das Burma as deputy chairman of State Planning Board.
Sanjay has been given cabinet rank. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved the appointment of the senior BJD leader as the deputy chairman of the state planning board.
Sanjay was a minister in the state government. He had unsuccessfully contested from Brahmagiri assembly constituency in 2019 polls.
