Bhubaneswar: Odisha Cabinet clears proposal to provide land to landless slum residents. The Cabinet meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and approved a few policies of various departments of the State.
Cabinet clears proposal to provide 600 sqft land to landless slum residents under NAC, 350 sqft to those under municipality. Lands will solely be used for construction of houses, can be mortgaged for loan.
