Congress party urges Supreme Court to declare as illegal, unconstitutional the communications of Governor asking to hold trust vote in Madhya Pradesh.The Congress party has urged SC to declare as illegal the ‘confinement’ of its MLAs by Centre, Karnataka government and Madhya Pradesh BJP.
It should be noted that Today Supreme Court served notices to CM Kamal Nath, Assembly Speaker NP Prajapati & Congress party on BJP’s plea seeking immediate floor test.
