Hyundai ensures best practices for Ecosystem Restoration, this World Environment Day

New Delhi: Hyundai Motor India Ltd., country’s first smart mobility solutions provider and largest exporter since inception, celebrates World Environment Day Camp at all operational workshops to promote the idea of ‘Ecosystem Restoration’.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Tarun Garg, Director (Sales, Marketing & Service), said, “Hyundai continues to reinforce its global vision of ‘Progress for Humanity’ by promoting eco-friendly practices for a sustainable future and a better tomorrow. We are continuously innovating to provide green mobility services and ensure our ecosystem is restored & preserved for our future generations. This World Environment Day, we encourage customers to join hands with us and utilize the eco-friendly services being provided across our Sales & Service Network.”
Some key activities planned on World Environment Day at Workshops include:
·        Free PUC Check at workshop
·        Encouraging customers to opt for Dry Wash and save 120 litres of water per car
·        Poster making competition for kids at home on the theme “Ecosystem Restoration”.

 In the past 3 years, HMIL has conducted dry wash on 3.7 Million Hyundai vehicles & saved over 431 million litres of Water. To ensure sustainable contribution towards the environment, HMIL follows numerous eco-friendly processes in the service network like Rain Water Harvesting, usage of LED lighting and Water Borne Paint Systems.
With a strong network of 1310 workshops, Hyundai service facilities can also be experienced via 360 Degree Digital & Contact-less Service. From online service booking, vehicle status update, Pick & Drop from home/office to online payment facility, a touch free service experience is ensured for the customers, wherever they are and whenever they want.
