Bhubaneswar: Cold & foggy weather conditions return to Odisha after a spell of unseasonal rain. Mercury plummets by 3-4 deg Celsius with Sonepur recording lowest temperature of 7.5 deg C followed by Angul at 9 & Bhawanipatna at 10 deg C. Bhubaneswar, Cuttack record 15.3 & 12.4 respectively.
