Bhubaneswar: Ruling Biju Janata Dal to celebrate the 104th birth anniversary of former Odisha Chief Minister Late Biju Patnaik on the Panchayati Raj Diwas today. BJD will also celebrate the 20th year of party’s rule in the State. CM Naveen Patnaik will kick off the 15-day long celebrations to pay tribute to Late Biju Patnaik.
“4.5 crore people of Odisha are my family & I am indebted to them,” says Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on eve of 104th birth anniversary of former CM late Biju Patnaik on March 5 which also marks the 20th year of BJD govt in Odisha.
