Bhubaneswar: 15 districts of Odisha have witnessed decline in average ground water level between 2009 & 2019. As per a Central Ground Water Board report, on an average the annual reduction in the ground water level is 0.20 metre or below. This is informed by the Water Resource Minister Raghunandan Das in the State Assembly.
