Praising the women force of Mission Shakti for being the medium of development of the state, Patnaik said: “My Government has fulfilled all the promises made to the people. Earlier, the women of Mission Shakti were given loan with one per cent interest rate, but now it has been cut to zero per cent interest rate. Similarly, the Jaga Mission for the people residing in various slums in the city is the first of its kind in the country.”
