Bhubaneswar: Yamini Sarangi appointed new collector of Bargarh, Jay Narayan Pankaj named SP two weeks ahead of the by-election to the Bijepur assembly. The development comes after the Election Commission ordered to change the district Collector and SP. Earlier the BJP had approached the Chief Election Commissioner seeking transfer of existing officials.
