Report by Kahnu Nanda; Jagatsinghpur: The world tourism day was observed by district administration on Friday, the occasion marked various programmes as mass rally, cleaning drive and awareness meeting held in collector office here. A mass rally was inaugurated by additional district magistrate Satchidananda Sahoo at college square here accompanying district sports officer, DIPRO, culture officer, LAO and many officials. Students from SVM College, SK Academy and NCC cadets were taken part in the huge procession culminated at collector parade ground here. Later a cleaning drive by participating NCC cadets were held near Somanath Hat here.
