Paralakhemundi: One day Workshop on Maternity Care organized jointly by SWAD & CRS Organization.Speaking on his inaugural address Mr.Bansidhar Khosla, Block Development Officer of Mohana stressed on convergence in between Civil Society Organizations & ICDS/ Health department to reduce IMR & MMR.He too supplemented to propagate on nutritional supply of food basically from kitchen garden.Those Anganwadi centres can approach such plants like papaya & drumstick which can convert to nutritional amenities. Mrs.Rajashee Purohit of CRS & Premananda Behera of SWAD presented their interventions on 18 interior villages of Mohana to sensitize on nutritional care.Among others Mrs. Kabita Nayak Anganwadi Worker of Bhalipunka & another Anganwadi Worker of Hadupadar along with Padmasekhar Sahu shared their experiences.About 30 Anganwadi Workers attended the program.Fr.Kamal conveyed vote of thanks.
