Bhubaneswar: The Special Vigilance Judge E.V.Rao convicted Former Collector of Boudh ,a retired IAS Sanjib Kumar Ray for 3 years of imprisonment and a cash fine of Rs 1lakh . During the year 2001 the vigilance raided his house on the allegation of misappropriation wealth . Lance team headed by DSP Amulya Sahoo raided the office of the SEO Manorama Das Mohapatra.
