New Delhi : In a big breaking, Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu has appointed Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Akhilesh Prasad Singh as the Chairman of the Parliamentary standing committee on Subordinate Legislation.
