New Delhi: Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan, Pratap Sarangi & other BJP leaders welcome Odia labourers at New Delhi after their safe return to India from Dubai . It should be noted that Nine Odia labourers from Nayagarh, Khurda and Ganjam districts, stranded in Dubai, brought to New Delhi with the help of Ministry of External Affairs; the labourers were being allegedly tortured in Dubai .
