Puri: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan visited Cyclone Fani affected areas of Puri. Minister Pradhan also met Puri District Collector Jyoti Prakash Das & SP Umashankar Dash at Puri today and took stock of relief and restoration work undertaken by the authorities. Minister Maheswar Mohanty, MP Pinaki Mishra were with him during the meeting.
Minister Pradhan also visited #CycloneFani affected areas in Puri and Penthakata today and met with the victims. He said that the cyclone has devastated many homes and livelihoods. Drinking water is a major issue, Urged our youth to come forward and help in rehabilitation.
He said that the Temple of Lord Jagannath, Puri city and peripheral areas from Brahmagiri to Kakatpur have faced severe damages due to the cyclone. At this time of need we all should take responsibility and come forward to work together to rebuild Odisha.
Minister Pradhan also Prayed and sought blessings of Mahaparabhu Jagannath for the well-being of people in Odisha specially those affected by CycloneFani. May Lord Jagannath give us strength to brave the severe cyclone.
