New Delhi: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan met HE Nasser Bin Thani Juma Al Hamli,Minister for Human Resource of UAE ; discussed areas of cooperation with UAE in areas of Skill development of Indian people working in UAE.
About 3.3 million Indian people are working in UAE;more than 1.5 lakh additional workers come from India every year;it is necessary that they come with required skills to be suitably employed in UAE.
Discussed the need of synchronisation of certification and standards of the two countries so that people skilled in India get easy employment in UAE; cooperation in higher skill areas compatible with Industrial Revolution 4.0
