Minister Pradhan said thanks to the efforts of Hon’ble PM, Yoga, an ancient Indian Gift to the mankind, got the recognition by the world as a science of wellness.He said sxercise has its limitation to Physical Fitness. Whereas Yoga takes it much further to Mental & Spiritual Wellness.
