Bhubaneswar: Union Petroleum and Natural Gas, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Dharmendra Pradhan would flag off a ‘Cyclothon’ under the banner of “Saksham Cyclothon” at the Kalinga Stadium here on February 4, said Oil Industry State-level coordinator Pritish Bharat in Press meet held here on Wednesday.
Bharat said this would held in three categories, i.e, 33 km Elite race (men category), 22 km Elite race (women category) and 11 km rally Green Ride (general category) with free entries for all categories.
He said all the participants have to carry their own cycle and would be given free kit carrying T-shirt, Helmet, wristband and backpack.
The Cyclothon would starts from the Kalinga stadium and culminate at the Kalinga stadium going through Ram Mandir and Sishu Bhawan Chowk, he added.
A lucky draw would also be held among the registered participants. The interested can register through www.bookmyshow.com and offline is through the helpdesk arranged at the nine petrol pumps in the city.
