Report by Basant Rath; Nabarangpur: In an unfortunate happening a passenger bus overturned while the driver tried to evade hitting two cows leading to the death of two passengers more than 15 passengers are critically injured in the mishap near the deep park, in Papadahandi block on Saturday.
As per reports, the Jaga Kalia travels while coming from Damanjodi in Koraput district was on its way to Chandahandi, when it met the accident took place near deer park,National Highway 26, in Papadahandi block.
As many as 15 passengers sustained injuries. Police along with locals rescued passengers and rushed them to Papadahandi Community Health Centre (CHC). Till last reports, while some injured passengers are still undergoing treatment at the CHC, the critical among them have been shifted to Nabarangpur district Headquarters Hospital.
