Congress candidate for Nimapara Assembly seat Satyabrata Patra refuses to contest Elections2019 citing delay in ticket allotment. He says, “As there is resentment among party workers over the delay, I have decided not to contest the polls.”
Earlier in the day Congress’ Barchana Assembly candidate Sitakant Mohapatra returns party ticket; says, ‘As I got it late, it is not possible on my part to contest Elections 2019.”
