Bhubaneswar: Supreme Court grants conditional bail to ex-DGP BB Mohanty’s son Bitti Mohanty in German lady rape case . Apex court asked him to surrender his passport. Court also asked him to report every month Cantonment Police station in Cuttack.
It should be noted that Bitti Mohanty, the son of a top Odisha cop, convicted for raping a 26-year-old German national in a hotel in Alwar and on run for six years, was arrested by Kerala police.
