New Delhi: Supreme Court directs the arrest of Amrapali Group CMD, Anil Sharma and two other directors Shivpriya, AjayKumar in a criminal complaint filed against them. Supreme Court also directs attachment of all properties of Amrapali directors.
SC issues notice to around 200 people and companies for not co-operating with the court appointed forensic auditors who are tracking diversion of homebuyers money by Amrapali. These companies and individuals had indulged in monetary transactions with Amrapali.
