Puri: Internationally aclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik set another new world record with smallest sand chariots Lord Jagganth with 3.5 inches high . He made this sculptor on the ocassion of Ratha Yatra.
So far Sudarsan has participated in more than 100 International sand sculpture championship and festivals around the world and many prizes for the country.
Mr Pattnaik has been awarded the Padmashree in 2014 and constantly works towards making a difference by creating thought-provoking reflections on matters of the environment, politics, national integrity and religious tolerance.
