Cuttack: Sri Sri University, Dept. of Good Governance and Public policy imparted training on Good Governance to eighteen OAS and ORS officers under the dept of Revenue & Disaster Management, Govt. of Odisha.
Drawn from various districts of Odisha, the three days training aims to train officers on nuances of Good Governance.The three days program comprises of various topics on the subject as well as the stress management techniques of the Art of Living. Sri Hara Prasad Das, eminent writer and Bureaucrat; Prof Uday Nath Dash, Eminent Professor in Psychology, Mr B.K Patnaik ,IAS Ex Chief Secretary were the resource persons of various sessions speaking over three days.
Dr Prasanna Kumar David, Executive Registrar inaugurated the program. The Vice Chancellor of the varsity, Prof Nandalal graced the valedictory and certificate distribution ceremony.
Sri Nilakantha Behera, Addl Tahasildar, Kantamat said , similar training programs and workshops should happen often and for longer duration.
Sri Jubuli Charana Behera, Asst. Collector, Paralakhemundi said, the program was immensely beneficial to them. The department conducts executive education program regularly with various department of Government and Corporate.
