Puri: Amid nationwide lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic around the world. The Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) has put restrictions on Devotee entering inside the temple. The Daily Rituals are continuing with minimum seviotors. Due this The Mahaprsad which usually served at Anand Bazar to visitors are being stopped for now and this is the reason many creatures around temple are also living in hungry stomach. Mainly there were more than hundreds of monkeys are there in the temple who were suffering a lot.
An Noble initiative has been taken by Spiritual Academy, Bhubanswar on auspicious occasion of Human Jayanti and Maha Visuba Sankrati to feed these money a full stomach. Under Guidance of HH Swami Divyananad Ji Maharaj 4500 pieces of banana and 60 Kg Gram seed has been supplied. As per Mr.Paresh Nayak coordinator of the program this process will continue until lockdown will be lifted.The temple administration as well as many danizens around the city has praised this effort.
