Bhubaneswar: Senior IAS Officers’ Conference begins at the newly inaugurated convention centre at Lok Seva Bhawan in Bhubaneswar. Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, Chief Secretary, ministers, departmental secretaries & collectors of several districts present.
At Senior Officers’ Conference, CM Naveen Patnaik administered #MoSarkar pledge, ‘people are soul of democracy & every institution is for them, created by their money to empower & serve them’, reiterating that people visiting public institutions should be treated with dignity.
Terming the four and half crore people as members of his family, CM urged senior officers to work for transformative changes in people’s lives. CM urged them to share transformational game changing ideas with him directly which can bring in transformation.
