Bhubaneswar : Odisha Government on Friday appointed 1996-batch IAS officer Usha Padhee as Secretary of the Technical Education Department , who recently returned from central deputation has also been appointed as Secretary of the Skill Development Department.
Besides, Padhee will also remain in the additional charge of Secretary to the Government for Commerce & Transport Department, said a notification issued in this connection.
