Bhubaneswar : Puri Gajapati Maharaj Dibyasingha Deb arrived in the bejewelled Palanquin and performed the “Chhera Pahanra” ritual on the three “Rathas”.
Notably, the Gajapati performed the ceremonial sweeping of the three chariot floors as the Adya Sevak (Prime servitor) .
