The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has lauded Surat Saree Walkathon which was organized jointly by Surat Municipal Corporation & Surat Smart City Development Ltd.
In response to a tweet thread by Darshana Jardosh, the Prime Minister said;
“Surat Saree Walkathon is a laudatory effort to popularise India’s textile traditions.”
