New Delhi: The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind presented the Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri Awards today (March 20, 2018) at a Civil Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Pravakar Maharana and Gobaradhan Panika from Odisha received the Padma Shri Award from the President Ram Nath Kovind . Gobardhan Panika receives Padma Shri from President Ram Nath Kovind in Art-Weaving category. Odisha Sculptor Prabhakara Maharana receives Padma Shri from President Ram Nath Kovind.
Among the dignitaries present on the occasion were the Vice President of India, Prime Minister, Speaker Lok Sabha and Union Ministers.
