The Odisha state PSU has made a stellar contribution to making Odisha a global sports hub through development of sports infrastructure and promotion of talents from our state.
As the promoter of Kalinga Lancers(the first and only state PSU owned franchisee in Hockey India League)which has won the title this year, IDCO has played a key role in nurturing talents and popularising hockey in our state. The highly successful 22nd Asian Athletics Championship for which Odisha has gained worldwide fame and acclaim would not have been possible without IDCO’s dedicated efforts to get world class infrastructure ready in record time of 90 days.
