Bhubaneswar: The Volunteers of Indian Red Cross Society. Odisha State Branch under the guidance of the Honorary Secretary Maj(Dr.) Kalpana Das and leadership of Joint Secretary Dr. Durga Sankar Sarangi distributed relief materials consisting of Flattened rice, Sugar, Bread, Maggi, Candel and Matchbox to the flood victims at Dokanda, Kadalibasti Villages of Dokanda Panchayata and Badas, Balipatana, Tarapada, Baidyanath Patna of Badas Panchayat of Kanas Block Puri District Another group of volunteers distributed the materials among the flood victims at Manipur village of Narangada G.P Hinjimula Village Khordha District .
