Bhubaneswar: Senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the State Assembly Narasingha Mishra on Thursday met All India Congress Committee vice-president Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi.
Mishra said discussions were held about political developments in the State and at the Centre.When asked whether any discussions were held about change in the State Congress leadership, Mishra said an individual is not important; the party is important. Leaders can come and go, but the party would remain. He further said the Congress is not weak. Strategy is being formalised to strengthen the party.
