Bhubaneswar : The second phase of the monsoon session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly will commence on Wednesday and will continue till August 4 and the session will witness discussion of budget of various departments from July 14 to July 28. If budget discussion of any department is left out, it will be passed through a guillotine on July 29.
