Odisha: Holi observed at tribal village Kandalei

Bhubaneswar: Holi is a national colourful festival. Besides caste, creed and religion. People observed this festival with a great entertainment and joy by colouring each other. In our social life it bears a brotherhood relationship among the people of Hindu, Muslim and Christian of India. Social workers Shushant sahoo, Priyabrata Panda observed holi at Kandalei Tribal Village which is situated near the chandaka elephant abhayaranya.  In a separate style that to all tribal men, women, children and old age persons are gathered in their village playground and coloured to each other with organic colour. The tribal people took entertainment by tribal dance and music. Tribal people first time observed the holi festival at their own village after getting 70 years independence. The New Delhi based Social Organisation ASSRA insists this festival.
