Odisha High Court directs state Govt to Increase Homeguard duty allowance to Rs 533

Cuttack: Orissa High Court directs Odisha government to increase daily duty allowance to Rs 533 & implement the hike in 3 months; earlier the HC had ordered hike in allowance & it was challenged by the state government.
