Bhubaneswar: Odisha Govt to organise Park Utsav at 7 parks in Bhubaneswar every Sunday . Park Utsav, a cultural extravaganza on similar lines of the earlier #PathaUtsav will now be held at 7 parks in Bhubaneswar every Sunday from 7 am to 9 am tomorrow. Programmes like dance, music, painting, storytelling will be held during the event. This was informed by the BDA Vice-Chairman PC Chaudhary.
